We currently have two experienced, passionate chiropractors at this clinic. Dr. Kaija M. Johnson and Dr. Stuart Rubner have experience in manual adjustments, activator, and arthostim to fit all patient needs. Their treatments are personalized to your specific needs and they do not believe in basic cookie-cutter treatment plans.

The mission of the FMCSA Medical Program Division is to promote the safety of America's roadways through the promulgation and implementation of medical regulations, guidelines and policies that ensure commercial motor vehicle drivers engaged in interstate commerce are physically qualified to do so. To prepare for your DOT Exam you will need to do the following:

• Come in well hydrated as we will be collecting a urine sample.
• If you are taking medications, we will need to know the names of those.
• If you are using a CPAP Machine for sleeping, we will need a 90 report.
• If you use insulin, you will need an Insulin Assessment Form filled out prior to you physical. If you need a form, we have extra copies here at the office.
• If you wear glasses or hearing aids, be sure to bring those along.
• NEW: If you normally needed to apply for a vision waiver, The state and federal regulations have changed and you no longer need to apply for one. Instead, you will need to have a form filled out annually by your eye doctor prior to you DOT Exam and then you will qualify for state and federal driving. No more waiver! We have extra packets available at the office so be sure to stop by and grab one.
• If you have needed a vision waiver in the past, you don't anymore.  We have a vision assessment form your eye dr has to fill out and then you can drive without being limited to Minnesota only.

We are able to do you state registration online for your CDL so you don't have to wait in line at the DMV!

DOT Exams are $95.00

Dr. Johnson provides nutrition consultations for those who are looking to lose weight, add more nutrients into their diets, or anyone who is just looking for professional grade supplements. We offer a wide range of products from professional vendors such as Nutridyn, Douglas Laboratories, Metagenics, and much more!

We offer a wide range of massage therapy services such as Therapeutic, Swedish, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, etc. to fit everyone's needs! You do not need a referral or need to be a chiropractic patient in order to book a massage with us. Our prices for massage are:

• 60 minutes- $55.00
• 90 minutes- $75.00
• 120 minutes- $95.00

We offer additional therapies as part of treatment such as Hot and Cold packs, Ultrasound Therapy, Muscle Stimulation, Kinesiology Taping, Gua Sha, Cupping, and much more!
